Shipping
All items will be shipped within 10days of order FedEx GROUND unless otherwise specified.


Returns/Exchanges
Merchandise must be return shipped within 14 days of receipt in order to qualify for a refund. In order to return your item(s):

1. All tags must be attached.
2. Items must not have been worn or damaged. Items with visible wear and tear cannot be returned.

Anna Hovet Designs reserves the right to decline the return of your items if the above terms have not been followed. Anna Hovet Designs also reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet our return policy processing deadline of 14 days.



Damaged/Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item(s), you must notify us within 5 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will not be able to complete the return of these goods
